Return/Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return/refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us through our "Contact Us" page to initiate a return. Returns should be sent to the provided address.

Refund Options:

1. Monetary Refund: If you choose this option, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Voucher with Discount: Alternatively, you can opt for a voucher credited to your account, which includes a special discount for your next purchase. This voucher will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Note:

• Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing reasons unless the product has a defect other than size.
• Customized, made-to-order, or specially produced items, as well as products showing signs of wear and tear, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping, and the timeframes that are displayed at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for shipping delays that are caused by inclement weather, incorrect addresses, and other carrier issues that are out of our control.
